Our Academy Under 16s collected their second trophy of the season when they defeated Warrenpoint Town 3-1 in this morning's League Cup Final at Seaview. Some weeks ago, of course, the boys were crowned First Division champions in the NIBFA Subway National Youth League. Congratulations to the boys and their coaches on very successful season.
Congratulations to Academy Goalkeeper Connor Byrne who has just returned home from Germany after excelling for the Club NI 2003 team in a tournament in Berlin. Indeed, Connor's performance earned him a Man of the Match award in one of the games. Well done to Connor and his Academy coaches.
