Gary Hamilton has appointed a new first team coach. He is 33 year old Niall Donnelly who has coached Shamrock Rovers U19 team and most recently clubs in the Leinster Senior League. He holds a UEFA B Licence and comes to MVP very highly recommended.

In his playing days Niall was a 6’ 5” central defender who played in the League of Ireland with UCD, Limerick, Bray Wanderers, Athlone Town and Drogheda United before ill health prematurely ended his career. Just over 10 years ago he almost signed for Glenavon but much to his disappointment the move did not materialise.
