VOTE ON RESOLUTIONS
As a Glenavon FC shareholder, you now have a chance to vote on the written resolutions needed to enable Football International Limited to invest in the club.
Shareholders can vote by either:
- Completing the online form (preferred option): www.glenavonfc.com/vote
- Downloading and signing the two resolutions below and returning them to the office or emailing to [email protected]
- Calling into the office during opening hours, where resolutions are available to sign.
The resolutions require agreement from 75% of the shares, effectively one vote for each share held.
