Supporters are advised that as at 12.30pm today Glenavon has had no confirmation about media speculation since Friday of an imminent decision that Irish League Premiership games will be played behind closed doors as from next week. There has been no consultation with our club on this issue from any of the football authorities.

Glenavon Football Club have been informed this morning that, following receipt of written confirmation by the Irish FA to NIFL, today's Danske Bank Premiership game against Portadown goes ahead as scheduled (kick-off 5.30pm). Admission is strictly restricted to Glenavon supporters in possession of a valid ticket for the game.
Following discussions with Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon Council officials the Club is pleased to confirm that up to 250 supporters may be admitted to Saturday’s pre-season friendly against NIFL Premier Intermediate club Dergview at Mourneview Park, kick off 3pm.
