I must pay tribute to our hard-working directors, and other volunteers, for all the work done at Mourneview Park over the summer. The ground looks great. Thank you to those who gave of their time to achieve this.

Last week’s performance was impressive against Premier League opposition. Mick O’Connor has pulled together a blend of exciting new talent, moulded around proven experienced winners.

It is tough to achieve promotion from this league as every club who plays us will raise their game.

There is a great atmosphere about MVP at the moment. We kick off the season at home to Ards FC on Saturday.
