Glenavon FC are pleased to announce the signing of Alex Watson on loan from Coleraine.

The teenager, who plays at right back or centre midfield started his career at Greenisland before moving to Linfield and then Coleraine last season.

Michael O’Connor said of his latest addition, “Alex is a player we believe will bring quality and energy to our play. He’s technically very gifted and has a lot of potential.”

“We have a young squad and some quality players already and we believe Alex will add to that as well as genuine competition for places which is always a positive.”
