Glenavon FC are delighted to announce the signing of Ethan Devine from H&W Welders.

The 25-year-old striker joins the club having netted 51 goals in 174 career appearances to date including 16 in 34 league games for Welders last season.

His career began at Newington before moves to Cliftonville and Linfield with loans at Ballymena Utd, Dungannon Swifts and Knockbreda also on his resume before a season with Welders last year.

Glenavon boss Michael O’Connor is excited by his latest addition to the squad saying, “Ethan is genuine goalscorer and with excite fans by scoring crucial goals. Anyone who has seen him play can see his ability. We believe that he, along with our other new signings Ryan Waide and Brandon Doyle and our existing attacking options, will give any defence a real run for their money next season and give us the firepower we need to win games and return to the top flight as soon as possible.”
