It has been a tough week for Glenavon U20s as they welcomed both Carrick Rangers U20s and Larne U20s to Mourneview Park over the past seven days.

Glenavon U20s 2–3 Carrick Rangers U20s

Glenavon started the game extremely well and raced into a two goal lead, through goals from Cohen Henderson and Harry Norton. To their credit, Carrick never gave up, showing their experience to come back and win 3-2.

Glenavon U20s 0–5 Larne U20s

Unfortunately, this was a game to forget for the young Lurgan Blues having to play 70 mins with 10 men after a disappointing red card on the 20th minute. Larne ran out 5-0 winners on the night.

Another tough fixture awaits for the U20s as they travel to league leaders Crusaders next week.
