Further to a recent statement in the press Glenavon can confirm that it has submitted to the ABC Council planning permission for the rebuild of the dressing room complex at Mourneview Park.

The Club is unsure how this fact got into the public domain as the planning application is yet to be officially published.

The plans were drawn up by a working group containing members of the Board, building experts, Council, and supporters and have been discussed at the past two AGM’s and at various times with supporters’ clubs and local stakeholders. The plans are very much reliant on the release of Stadia Funding by the NI Assembly and at this time may be subject to change.
