Emmanuel Church have posted the following appeal on social media for those who would like to help with the situation in Ukraine, but aren’t sure how.

“In response to the current situation in Ukraine, as a church, we want to be able to help practically. We have contacts who are working in Poland with the refugees that are making their way there and the following items have been requested:

Toothbrushes
Toothpaste
Soap
Face cloths
Towels
Single bed fitted sheets
Pillowcases

(PLEASE ONLY DONATE NEW ITEMS)

There is an urgency with the aid needed and if you would like to respond, items should be left at church Mon – Thurs 9am-5pm or Tues & Wed 7-8pm. THIS WEEK ONLY.

We will be unable to accept donations after this week.

– If you would like to help but are unable to deliver items yourself please contact the club via social media and we will arrange for someone to do it for you. The Bedeck Suite will also be open tomorrow night 7-8pm for those who’d like to drop off any items. These will then be forwarded to Emmanuel Church after. Thank you.
