It’s 7th v 5th this weekend as the Bannsiders make the trip to Mourneview Park tomorrow afternoon.

The Lurgan Blues hope to continue their run of form, winning three of their last four games and earning their second clean sheet in a row against Crusaders last weekend.

“They’re showing a lot more confidence. They’re getting on the ball and playing football.

“Another tough game. Coleraine’s flying. From Oran Kearney’s been there, they’ve always been a top side.

“It’s going to be a difficult game but if the boys take confidence from that today and from Tuesday into next week, then who knows.”

Hunter, Haughey, McCloskey and Doran still remain unavailable for selection through injury, whilst O’Connor misses out on the game through suspension, after picking up five yellow cards.

LAST TIME OUT

Back in October, there was a goalless thriller, seeing both teams denied many chances, not by the keeper, but by the woodwork.

The game saw Gary swap out his starting goalkeeper to James Taylor who came to the rescue with a save, after a soft penalty was awarded to Coleraine.

There were plenty of chances in the closing minutes, but all failed to convert.
