Glenavon Football Club is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of George Malone today.

George was a past director of the club, as well as a former vice-Chairman, in the 1990s and early 2000s.

He was also the father of Colin, Paul and Martin, who all played for the club.

Our deepest sympathies go to his family at this sad time.
