It’s the middle of August, and every Glenavon fan is thinking the same thing – we all just want to be back to football at Mourneview Park.
After last week’s provisional announcement by the Northern Ireland Football League that the season will, all being well, kick off on Saturday, October 17, hopefully there’s not much longer to go.
And that can mean only one thing… it’s almost time to get your season tickets!
Glenavon hope to be in a position very soon to release details of when season tickets will be available ahead of the big kick-off.
The club is currently in the process of consulting with Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council regarding the safe capacity of Mourneview Park to allow for social distancing etc, given the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
As the revised safe capacity of Mourneview Park may well mean limited numbers inside the stadium, buying a season ticket is the only way to guarantee your seat to watch Gary Hamilton’s side get the 2020-21 campaign underway.
Season tickets will be offered to existing season ticket holders first, and then on general sale on a first come, first served basis.
Keep an eye on glenavonfc.com for further details over the next week or so as to when tickets will become available.
