A Josh Daniels goal, his third in four games, was enough to earn Glenavon a win in a typically tight affair with Mid-Ulster neighbours Dungannon Swifts.

Daniels scored with the help of a slight deflection after he was set up by a pass from Andrew Mitchell. The winger also almost scored with a speculative wind-assisted effort from almost 40 yards that Evan Moran had to tip over his cross bar while Jonny Lafferty and Daniel Hughes wasted chances for the visitors.
