Glenavon has announced an impressive line-up of former stars for the upcoming Budweiser Cup 30th Anniversary Reunion in the Bedeck Suite on Saturday March 16th. The evening, which forms part of our 130th Anniversary celebrations, starts at 6:30pm and will conclude at about 8pm.

Goalkeeper Robbie Beck, David Dennison, Paul Byrne, Dessie McCann, Finty McConville, Stevie McBride, Stevie Conville, hattrick hero Geoff Ferris, Bryan McLoughlin, Gary Blackledge and Terry Nicholson will all be in attendance.

Alan Snoddy who refereed the game and Linfield defender Lindsay McKeown will also be there.

The compere is former Glenavon goalkeeper and BBC pundit Bobby Carlisle who made 77 appearances for the Lurgan Blues and tickets, which cost £10 and include a bowl of stew and a bottle of Budweiser, are available from the Office at Mourneview Park or from any Director.

Update: The night will consist of interviews with the various players about the Budweiser games by Bobby Carlisle. Highlights of the game will be shown and stew will be served. An auction of a signed framed match report/programme will take place. Fans can ask questions, have photos taken and get memorabilia signed.
