It was all Glenavon in the first half but at half time it was just 1-0 to the hosts, Andy Hall getting the goal after a superb team move in the 39th minute as Josh Daniels raced down the left and fed the ball inside to Stephen Murray. He squared the ball across the penalty area to an unmarked Hall who calmly slotted it beyond Alex Moore.

Andrew Mitchell smashed in a second goal in the 62 minute from a pin-point cross to the far post by Rhys Marshall but Kris Lowe pulled one back 15 minutes from time to make it a nervy finish for Glenavon.
