As we look forward to Wednesday evening’s exciting Europa League First Qualifying Round First Leg tie with Norwegian side Molde FK, their 17 year old striker Erling Braut Haland is attracting the attention of several big clubs around Europe, and no wonder – in Molde’s last two Eliteserien games he has bagged six goals and is the Club’s leading scorer this season!

Last Sunday Molde ran out comfortable 5-1 winners at home to mid-table Valerenga, Haland scoring two of the goals and in the previous game away to league leaders SK Brann the youngster bagged all four goals in a 4-0 victory for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team.

The young 6′ 3″ centre-forward is the son of Alf-Inge Haland who had a successful career in the English leagues as a midfielder with Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and Manchester City.
