Glenavon lose at home for the first time this season as a first half goal, his first of the season, by Cameron Stewart takes the three points back to Windsor Park. The Glenavon players and officials were convinced that the goal should not have been allowed to stand due to a push on Andy Hall.
First Half
18: 0-1 Cameron Stewart heads in after Chris Casement’s corner came to him off Andy Waterworth’s flick. Glenavon complaining about a foul in the build up.

29: Waterworth races through but Tuffey makes a good save, beating away the strikers well-struck shot
33: Bobby Burns cuts the ball back for Sykes and his low shot is well saved by Roy Carroll
36: A bad blow for Glenavon as Andy Hall pulls up with what looks like a hamstring problem. Andy McGrory replaces him.

45: Stephen Lowry has the ball in the net for Linfield but it’s ruled out for handball. The Linfield midfielder isn’t happy with that decision.
Second Half
46: Tuffey makes a great save to deny Jordan Stewart after he twists and turns to open up a shooting chance for himself.
49: Great low cross by Rhys Marshall but Andrew Mitchell is just too far in front of the near post to get his shot on target.
53: Daniels shoots straight at Carroll from the edge of the box.
60: Fabulous 30 yard strike by Sammy Clingan and an equally fabulous tip over by his former NI teammate Carroll.
79: Andy Doyle heads over from a Burns corner.
80: Linfield sub Kirk Millar drives a low shot through a crowded box and Tuffey reacts smartly to make a super save with his boot. Fellow sub Aaron Burns then seems to twist a knee as he tries to get to the loose ball and is forced to be subbed himself.
87: Simon Kelly heads Burns corner back into the six yard box but Marshall scoops it over the bar.
