Two changes for Gary Hamilton, one enforced by the injury to Ciaran Martyn with Andy Kilmartin his replacement and a start for Andy McGrory with Andrew Hall dropping to the bench.

Linfield start with the same line-up that drew 0-0 with Crusaders last weekend.

Sensational stuff at Mourneview! Just ten minutes in and Linfield have two men sent off. First left back Matthew Clarke saw straight red for a poor challenge on Andy McGrory just inside the Glenavon half close to the dug-outs. In the aftermath goal keeper Roy Carroll raced over to confront referee Tim Marshall and was yellow carded. Assistant referee Richard Storey then spoke to the referee who showed Carroll a straight red.

Mark Haughey has gone into nets.

Just after Gary Hamilton brought on another striker in the form of Greg Moorhouse, Kris Lindsay going off and Glenavon going to three at the back, Paddy McCourt scored his first league goal with a ball into the box that deceived Haughey and put the home side 1-0 ahead in the 29th minute.

Moorhouse made it 2-0 in the 35th minute with a great strike past the stand-in keeper after he beat the offside trap and collected Kilmartin’s through ball.

Andy Waterworth pulled a goal back for Linfield in the 62nd minute when he headed in a cross from Jimmy Callacher following the visitor’s first corner of the game.

Unbelievable scenes here as Paul Smyth races onto a long ball and slots an equaliser past Jonny Tuffey with two minutes remaining to earn an unlikely point for Linfield.
