SUPPORTERS FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE

This committee raises money for the team budget by 100 Club
membership, shirt sponsorship and by arranging various events
during the year.
Fundraising Committee Chairman, Craig Collen writes
"Another season beckons with all its hopes and fears. Collie
Malone has worked hard to put together a stronger squad,
combining the best of last year with several new faces.
"The Fundraising Committee has played a significant part in
making this possible by making money available to the manager as
required. Last year we raised over five and a half thousand
pounds, bringing the total over the last seven years to £46,715.
"We want to thank all of you who contributed to the 100 Club,
sponsored players’ shirts or supported us in any way. We
earnestly ask for your support for another year. No club can
survive on gate receipts in this day and age. The committed
support of our supporters is essential if Glenavon is to
prosper.
"100 Club members pay £100 per season which goes to signing and paying players.
"You can sponsor the home or away shirt of your favourite player for
£100. You will receive a signed replica shirt at the end of the season.
"Payments for either scheme can be by single payment, direct debit or
instalments.
"We would encourage you to sign up for
Direct Debit. In this
case ten monthly payments of £10 are taken from your bank
account. You are guaranteed protection against any errors, and
you are free to stop payments at any time. To encourage Direct
Debit any new contributor will only make eight payments this
year.
