Next up in Glenavon's pre-season preparations is a short trip to Crystal Park to take on Banbridge Town tomorrow (Saturday). The game kicks off at 1:30pm.
A youthful Glenavon side featuring only four or five first team regulars earned a well-deserved 4-0 victory against the visiting Crystal Palace Development Squad.
We'd like to avoid any potential confusion regarding the Crystal Palace friendly which may have arisen. The game will be played at Mourneview Park next Monday July 17th, kick off 7:45pm, not tonight as stated in some of the local media today.
Glenavon has arranged a further three pre-season games, with Knockbreda, Dundela and Ballyclare Comrades the opposition. All the games are away.
