Concert Update

Important information: with Saturday’s concert only 48 hours away, all those planning to attend should note that this is an all ticket event. The remaining tickets will be on sale from Skeleton Travel all day Friday and Saturday until 1pm; from BlueZone on Friday evening from 7.30-8.30pm; and from Mourneview Park on Saturday until gates open at 6pm.

Concert goers should also note that they will not be permitted to carry alcohol into the venue and searches will be carried out before gaining admittance. Those found to be in possession of alcohol not purchased on the premises will be ejected from the ground with no return.

Family Fun Day with Angel Wishes NI

Angel Wishes NI will be hosting a family fun day on Saturday afternoon, at Mourneview Park as a warm up to the Roll with It concert. So why not bring along young and old alike for an afternoon of bouncy castles, face painting, music, petting farm, penalty kicks / football skills, bbq, cake stall etc.
The fun will start at 2pm, finishes up at 4pm, with doors opening for the concert from 6pm.

Golf Classic 2017

The Glenavon Golf Classic returned on Friday 19th May for the first time since 2014 with Major Freight Services on board as the main sponsor.

Lurgan Golf Club kindly hosted the event and it was a great success with 47 partaking in the day’s golf followed by for a delicious 2 course meal in the clubhouse.

The main prizes were awarded on a team basis, with the team containing former Glenavon players Colin Crawford & Alex Denver pipping the team, which contained former Portadown and current Glentoran left-back Ross Redman, to first prize.

A special thanks goes to Wilson Collins & Paul Best from Lurgan Golf Club for all their work in organising the golf, Ian Irwin who helped organise sponsors and Andy Heasley who provided the evening entertainment.

Glenavon FC, in support of Angel Wishes NI, is pleased to present ‘Roll With It’ – the ultimate oasis experience, at Mourneview Park on Saturday 17 June. 2017 Golf Classic

The GFC Development Group is pleased to announce Major Freight Services as the main sponsor for Friday’s Golf Classic.

Tuesday night Football

At a loose end tonight? Why not come down to Mourneview Park where two local youth focused charities will go head to head at Mourneview Park to raise much needed funds to support their work in the local community. The match between Aspire NI and Reach mentoring kicks off at 7.30 pm. Admission is £5 will all proceeds split between the two charities.

Preparations are now ramping up for the Golf Classic to be held on Friday 19th May at Lurgan Golf Club. There are a few sponsorship opportunities left, with the cost of sponsoring a hole @ £100; tee @ £60 or combined hole + tee @ £150.
