//Result: Glenavon 1-1 Cliftonville

Sammy Clingan, celebrating his 34th birthday today, scored a stoppage time equaliser to make up for his error in the first half that led to Joe Gormley’s opener for Cliftonville.

With Andrew Mitchell smashing a shot off the post and Brian Neeson pulling off an unbelievable save to deny Stephen Murray on his home debut, there is no doubt that Glenavon deserved to win the game as Jonny Tuffey spent the second half largely unemployed with the visitors seemingly content to defend their half time lead.
