Glenavon Travel to Armagh for 6th Round

Glenavon was second out of the hat in tonight's draw for the 6th round of the Tennent's Irish Cup, being handed an away tie at Holm Park to face Armagh City who defeated Trojans 2-1 in today's 5th Round match. The 6th Round games will be played on Saturday 4th February.

Late this afternoon Glenavon was advised that the IFA Disciplinary Committee had charged the club with a breach of Article 22.1 (ineligibility through suspension) of the IFA Disciplinary Code. As a result the club has been fined £350 and must forfeit the league game against Portadown by the scoreline of 3-0.
