The Club can confirm that Eoin Bradley has to-day been transferred to Coleraine FC.

Eoin joined Glenavon at the start of the 2014/15 season. He was an important member of the squad that secured European qualification in successive years and victory in last season’s Irish Cup final, scoring 40 goals in 91 appearances. We would like to thank him for his services to the club and he leaves Mourneview Park with our best wishes.

Gary Hamilton explained that Coleraine had made an offer for Eoin and, after discussing it with him and the Glenavon Chairman, it was decided that it would be best for all parties to accept the offer and move on. “Coleraine are getting a wonderful player in Eoin and Glenavon has done a good bit of business as well.

“First and foremost I’d like to thank Eoin for everything he’s done for us over the last couple of years because he did score a lot of important goals for us and led the line really well. I’m sad to see him go but I think Eoin will be happy enough that he’s got his move to Coleraine where he started out and we’re happy with the piece of business that we’ve done as well so for everybody I think it’s a good move all round.”
