Glenavon’s new signing is Dublin-based Ian Morris. The 29 year old, who has signed until the end of the season, has made over 200 appearances in the Football League for Blackpool, Scunthorpe, Chesterfield, Torquay and Northampton Town. Morris, who can play at left back, centre back or in midfield spent last season at St. Pat’s Athletic and has represented the Republic at Under 19 and Under 21 levels.
